Argentine Chocotorta
Ingredients
- 600g dulce de leche (choose the best quality for a difference)
- 600g cream cheese
- 2 packs of chocolate-flavored cookies
- Coffee for soaking
- For the Ganache:
- 100g dark chocolate
- 50g heavy cream
- Mix them together, microwave until melted
- Finish with Meringues
