Ingredients

  • 600g dulce de leche (choose the best quality for a difference)
  • 600g cream cheese
  • 2 packs of chocolate-flavored cookies
  • Coffee for soaking
  • For the Ganache:
  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 50g heavy cream
  • Mix them together, microwave until melted
  • Finish with Meringues
