Quick and Easy Chocolate Banana Brownies

Ingredients

  • 3 mashed bananas for puree
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 grams of chocolate (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons sugar or erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, cocoa powder, milk, eggs, sugar or erythritol, and baking soda. Mix everything together until well combined.
  3. If using chocolate chunks or chips, fold them into the batter.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the brownies are set around the edges but still slightly soft in the center.
  6. Once baked, remove the brownies from the oven and allow them to cool in the pan for a few minutes.
  7. After cooling slightly, transfer the brownies to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, slice the brownies into squares or rectangles.
  9. Serve and enjoy your delicious chocolate banana brownies!
