Quick and Easy Chocolate Banana Brownies
Ingredients
- 3 mashed bananas for puree
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 eggs
- 50 grams of chocolate (optional)
- 3 tablespoons sugar or erythritol
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, cocoa powder, milk, eggs, sugar or erythritol, and baking soda. Mix everything together until well combined.
- If using chocolate chunks or chips, fold them into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the brownies are set around the edges but still slightly soft in the center.
- Once baked, remove the brownies from the oven and allow them to cool in the pan for a few minutes.
- After cooling slightly, transfer the brownies to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Once cooled, slice the brownies into squares or rectangles.
