Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Milk or plant-based milk
  • 2 tablespoons Coffee
  • 2 tablespoons Mascarpone (or cream cheese)
  • Extra: Yogurt (preferably plant-based) and melted chocolate.

Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients and let them sit in the fridge for a few hours or overnight. (You can microwave for 1 minute for instant breakfast)
