Homemade Easy Cheesecake Delight

Ingredients

  • 2.2 lbs (1 kg) homogenized cheese (I combined homogenized cheese with skyr)
  • 3.5 oz (100 g) melted butter
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 packets of pudding mix (powder)
  • Base:
  • 3.5 oz (100 g) melted butter
  • 6.3 oz (180 g) sponge biscuits (crushed)
  • Cocoa powder for sprinkling

Instructions

Base:

Mix the ingredients for the base and press them onto the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle cocoa powder over the base.

Preparation:

  1. Beat the eggs until fluffy. Add the homogenized cheese and mix with a hand mixer until combined.
  2. Add the pudding mix and mix until just combined.
  3. Gradually add the melted butter and mix.
  4. Pour the cheese mixture over the base.
  5. Place in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) and bake for 80 minutes.
  6. Turn off the oven and let it cool with the door slightly ajar.
