Ferrero Rocher Cake

Ingredients

  • 9 separated eggs
  • 300g sugar
  • 150g flour
  • 70g cocoa powder
  • 70g cornstarch
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 9 tbsp water
  • For the cream:
  • 600ml cold heavy cream
  • 300g mascarpone cheese
  • 200g cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp Nutella
  • 2 tbsp stabilizer for whipped cream

Instructions

    Separate the eggs, whisk egg whites with sugar until fluffy for about 8 minutes.
    Mix egg yolks with water and gently fold in.
    Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl and sift into the mixture.
    Fold everything together slowly.
    Pour the batter into the baking pan and smooth the top.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) for about 45 minutes. (Don't forget the toothpick test)

    Cream:

    Whip the heavy cream until stiff, then add the remaining ingredients
