Cinnamon Sugar Brioche Bites
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 3/4 cup (200ml) milk
- 1 cup (100g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup (60ml) oil
- Additionally:
- Brioche loaf
- Cinnamon/sugar mixture
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, then add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat them together until well combined.
- Pour in the milk and mix it in thoroughly.
- Gradually add the flour while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Once the flour is fully incorporated, pour in the oil and mix until you have a smooth batter.
- Cut the brioche loaf into bite-sized pieces.
- Dip each piece of brioche into the batter, ensuring it's well coated.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil or butter.
- Place the batter-coated brioche pieces into the pan and cook until golden brown on each side.
- Once cooked, remove the brioche from the pan and immediately roll them in the cinnamon/sugar mixture until coated.
- Serve your delicious brioche snacks warm and enjoy the sweet cinnamon goodness!
