Cinnamon Sugar Brioche Bites

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3/4 cup (200ml) milk
  • 1 cup (100g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) oil
  • Additionally:
  • Brioche loaf
  • Cinnamon/sugar mixture

Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, then add the sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat them together until well combined.
  2. Pour in the milk and mix it in thoroughly.
  3. Gradually add the flour while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  4. Once the flour is fully incorporated, pour in the oil and mix until you have a smooth batter.
  5. Cut the brioche loaf into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Dip each piece of brioche into the batter, ensuring it's well coated.
  7. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil or butter.
  8. Place the batter-coated brioche pieces into the pan and cook until golden brown on each side.
  9. Once cooked, remove the brioche from the pan and immediately roll them in the cinnamon/sugar mixture until coated.
  10. Serve your delicious brioche snacks warm and enjoy the sweet cinnamon goodness!
