Coffee and Chocolate Dessert

Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz (300g) cream cheese
  • 7 oz (200g) heavy cream or coconut milk
  • 4.2 oz (120g) milk
  • 0.9 oz (25g) sweetener of your choice
  • 5 sheets of gelatin (or 0.3 oz (7.5g) powdered gelatin or 0.35 oz (10g) grenetine)
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Mix the first four ingredients together, then add the hydrated and melted gelatin.
  2. Divide the mixture into two parts. Add coffee to one part and cocoa to the other.
  3. Alternate spoonfuls of the two mixtures into serving glasses.
    *IMPORTANT: Ensure both mixtures have the same texture. If one is thicker, add a tablespoon of milk and mix until smooth.
