Ingredients

  • 1 oz (30 g) fresh yeast
  • 4 cups (550 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups (300 ml) lukewarm milk
  • 5 tablespoons (70 g) melted butter
  • Additionally: beaten egg for brushing

Instructions

    Mix 3.5 fl oz (100 ml) of milk, yeast, and sugar to make a starter dough, let it rest for 10 minutes.
    Add the starter dough to the remaining ingredients and knead into a smooth dough.
    Then cover and set aside in a warm place for 60 minutes to double in size.
    Roll out the risen dough into a circle and divide it into about 16 pieces.
    Place a teaspoon of plum jam on the base of each triangle.
    Roll up from the base.
    Brush with beaten egg before baking.
    Bake for about 20 minutes.
