Chia Pudding with Berries and Pineapple

- 1 teaspoon of honey or your favorite sweetener (5g)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (5g)
- A pinch of cinnamon

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the chia seeds, milk, honey (or sweetener), vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon. Stir well to combine.
