Caramel Mars Cream Delight

Ingredients

  • 500 ml heavy cream (cold)
  • 500 g mascarpone cheese (cold)
  • 100 g caramel spread (kajmak)
  • 3 Mars bars
  • About 430 g butter cookies
  • 400 g caramel spread (kajmak)
  • 100 g milk chocolate

Instructions

  1. Whip the heavy cream and mascarpone cheese until stiff peaks form.
  2. Add the caramel spread and mix until just combined.
  3. Finely chop the Mars bars and fold them into the cream mixture using a spatula.
  4. In a 25x25 cm baking dish, layer the ingredients as follows:

  7. Cream mixture
  8. Butter cookies
  9. Caramel spread
  10. Cream mixture
  11. Butter cookies
  12. Cream mixture
  13. For the topping, melt the chocolate with 20 ml of milk, let it cool slightly, then pour it over the cake. Optionally, drizzle a tablespoon of caramel spread over the top for decoration.
  14. Refrigerate overnight before serving. Enjoy!
