  • 4.4 oz (125g) Palma margarine
  • 10.6 oz (300g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2.8 oz (80g) powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon 18% cream
  • 2.1 oz (60g) sugar
  • 2 fl oz (60ml) water
  • 1 tablespoon Palma margarine
  • 4 fl oz (120ml) 30% cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Mix Palma margarine, flour, egg yolk, powdered sugar, and cream to make the crust.
  2. Combine sugar, water, Palma margarine, cream, and salt to make the caramel.
  3. Fill tartlet shells with caramel and sprinkle roasted peanuts on top.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator and enjoy!
