Salted Caramel Tartlets
Ingredients
- 4.4 oz (125g) Palma margarine
- 10.6 oz (300g) all-purpose flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 2.8 oz (80g) powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon 18% cream
- 2.1 oz (60g) sugar
- 2 fl oz (60ml) water
- 1 tablespoon Palma margarine
- 4 fl oz (120ml) 30% cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix Palma margarine, flour, egg yolk, powdered sugar, and cream to make the crust.
- Combine sugar, water, Palma margarine, cream, and salt to make the caramel.
- Fill tartlet shells with caramel and sprinkle roasted peanuts on top.
