Quick and Easy Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup (150g) sugar
  • a bit of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (200g) shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form, about 5-6 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in the vanilla extract and shredded coconut.
  3. Fill the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
  4. Place baking wafers on a baking sheet and pipe out beautiful stars.
  5. Bake at 320°F (160°C) in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  6. They taste super delicious and are made in no time.
