Pudding Rolls Delight

For the Dough:

  • 1 cup lukewarm milk (250ml)
  • Half a cube of yeast
  • 1/4 cup sugar (50g)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup softened butter (60g)
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour (500g)

Pudding Filling:

  • 2 1/2 cups milk (600ml)
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch (50g)
  • 3/4 cup sugar (150g)
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1 egg yolk

For Brushing:

  • 1 egg yolk + 1 tablespoon milk

For the Glaze:

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar (100g)
  • 3-4 tablespoons water

Resting Time: After kneading, let it rest for 30 minutes. After shaping, let it rest for an additional 20 minutes.

Baking Time: Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (320°F) in conventional mode for approximately 20 minutes.

TIP: After baking, cover it immediately with a damp cloth to keep it wonderfully soft.
