Pineapple Bliss Plazma Delight

Ingredients

  • 150g Plazma biscuits
  • 1 pineapple
  • 400ml milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 vanilla pudding mix
  • 100g white Milka chocolate
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • half a cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 caramel whipped cream
  • 125g butter

Instructions

    First, mix milk with vanilla sugar, soak Plazma biscuits in it, and layer them in a mold. I used a stretchy mold that fits my desired circumference. One 150g package of Plazma biscuits fits perfectly for me.
    Peel and dice the pineapple, then add half a cup (larger coffee cup size) of sugar. Cook it on low heat until the pineapple releases its juice and absorbs the sugar. It shouldn't be hard to the touch. Immediately spread the pineapple over the Plazma biscuits and let it cool.
    Make vanilla pudding with 400ml of milk and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Once cooked, add 100g of white Milka chocolate to the hot pudding. Let the pudding cool. Once cooled, add whipped butter and caramel whipped cream. Pour over the pineapple. On top, I whipped some cream and spread it.
