Passion Fruit Mousse Pave
Ingredients
- Ingredients for the Mousse:
- 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cans of heavy cream
- 300ml concentrated passion fruit juice
- For the Italian Meringue:
- 2 egg whites
- 8 tbsp sugar
- For the Passion Fruit Jelly:
- 3 passion fruits
- 1 cup sugar
- Ladyfinger cookies soaked in milk
Instructions
- Blend the mousse ingredients in a blender and layer them in any dish you like, alternating with the ladyfinger cookies. Chill in the fridge for 4 hours, covered with plastic wrap.
- Before serving, cook the egg whites and sugar in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until you no longer feel sugar grains (about 2 minutes). Transfer to a mixer and beat for 7 minutes.
- For the jelly: combine everything in a saucepan and simmer until it thickens. Serve with the marshmallow and jelly on top. Enjoy!!
