No Bake Chia Cake

Ingredients

  • 700 ml milk
  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 300 ml heavy cream (30% fat)
  • 4 tablespoons powdered sugar or erythritol
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • Ladyfingers
  • 2 strawberry jelly packets
  • 6 tablespoons gelatin
  • 500 ml hot water

Instructions

    Mix chia seeds with milk and refrigerate for about 2 hours. Whip the heavy cream until stiff. Dissolve gelatin in hot water and let it cool. Dissolve the jelly in 500 ml of hot water. Let it cool and place it in the fridge until it starts to thicken slightly. Combine the whipped cream with the thickened milk, then gradually add sugar and gelatin while continuously mixing. Line a mold with ladyfingers. Pour in the mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes. After this time, spread the thickening jelly on top. Put it in the fridge for a few hours.
