  • 7 ounces cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 grated apple
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3.5 ounces sour cream
  • Frying oil
  • Sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon for coating
