Indulgent Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • For the Cake:
  • 2 eggs
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 and 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon plus 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 and 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • For the Filling:
  • 1 and 1/2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 and 1/4 cups cold, icy water
  • 2 tablespoons Nutella spread
  • For the Chocolate Sauce:
  • 1 and 1/4 cups milk
  • 2 small tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 25 grams butter
  • 75 grams chocolate
  • Note: The cup used in this recipe is a standard 250ml measuring cup.
  • Note: Pan size: 28*38 cm.
