Grape Bonbon Cake

Ingredients

  • For the crust:
  • 250g chocolate-flavored cookies
  • 130g melted butter
  • For the filling:
  • 2 cans of condensed milk
  • 120ml milk
  • 1 box of cream
  • 2/3 cup powdered milk
  • 1 seedless grape cluster
  • For the ganache:
  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g cream

Instructions

    Start by crushing the cookies in a blender. Then, add the butter and blend a bit more until it reaches a wet sand texture. Place it in an 18cm pan and freeze for 2 hours. Meanwhile, make the brigadeiro: put all the ingredients in a pan and mix until it comes off the bottom. Now, let it cool. Make the ganache: mix the chocolate with the cream in a glass bowl and microwave for 30 seconds at a time until it melts and forms a smooth ganache. Assemble the cake: first, the brigadeiro, then the grapes, and finally, the ganache. Decorate as you like and enjoy!
