Easy & Delicious Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • ✅1.5 cups grated carrots
  • ✅3/4 cup sugar (I added less)
  • ✅4 eggs
  • ✅1 cup vegetable oil
  • ✅1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ✅1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ✅2 teaspoons gingerbread spice mix
  • Additionally:
  • Melted milk chocolate in a water bath and jam

Instructions

    👉 Grate the carrots finely.
    👉 Beat the eggs with sugar, add oil, sprinkle in the flour mixed with baking powder, baking soda, and gingerbread spice mix.
    👉 Finally, add the grated carrots. Mix well.
    ➡️ Transfer the batter into a baking pan.
    👉 Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes.
    ➡️ Once cooled, slice the cake in half lengthwise.
    Spread jam over one half of the cake.
    👉 Cover with the other half of the cake.
    Drizzle with melted chocolate and glaze.
