Easy Blender Cake
Ingredients
- Three eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Three-fourths cup oil
- Three tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon Tang juice (powdered juice)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a blender, add three eggs, 1 1/2 cups of sugar, and blend until well combined.
- Then, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and three-fourths cup of oil to the mixture in the blender.
- Next, add three tablespoons of cornstarch, 2 1/2 cups of flour, 1 1/2 cups of water, and blend until you get a smooth batter.
- Now, add 1 tablespoon of Tang juice (powdered juice), 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract to the batter, and blend again until everything is well incorporated.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool down.
- Slice and serve your delicious childhood cake!
