Easy Blender Cake

Ingredients

  • Three eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • Three-fourths cup oil
  • Three tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon Tang juice (powdered juice)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add three eggs, 1 1/2 cups of sugar, and blend until well combined.
  2. Then, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and three-fourths cup of oil to the mixture in the blender.
  3. Next, add three tablespoons of cornstarch, 2 1/2 cups of flour, 1 1/2 cups of water, and blend until you get a smooth batter.
  4. Now, add 1 tablespoon of Tang juice (powdered juice), 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of baking powder, and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract to the batter, and blend again until everything is well incorporated.
  5. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  6. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  7. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool down.
  9. Slice and serve your delicious childhood cake!
