Ingredients

  • ~ 1 Ramekin (approximately 350 ml)
  • ~ 2.8 ounces (80 grams) of milk chocolate with Ghee butter
  • ~ 8.5 fluid ounces (240 grams) of 20% sour cream
  • ~ 1.4 ounces (40 grams) of cookie crumbs

Instructions

For the cream, combine the melted glaze with sour cream either over a double boiler or in the microwave.

Layer in the ramekin: cream, cookie crumbs.

Chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours for the flavors to meld.

It's super soft and tasty. Serve and enjoy!
