Ingredients

  • 600g All-purpose flour
  • 450ml Warm water
  • 6g Salt
  • 20g Olive oil
  • 15g Dry yeast
  • For the topping:
  • Olive oil
  • Rosemary
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Sea salt or coarse salt

Instructions

Start by adding warm water, yeast, and olive oil in a bowl (or in the bowl of a stand mixer or any other bowl if you're kneading by hand). Stir until mixed. Then, gradually add the flour. Knead for about 10 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and doesn't stick to your hands anymore. Let it rest for 1 hour in a warm place (I usually leave it inside the turned-off oven). Afterward, place it in a rectangular 18cm pan, make "dimples" with your fingers, and draw a Christmas tree with rosemary. Add cherry tomatoes, coarse salt on top, and bake for 25 minutes at 350°F (180°C) or until golden brown. Enjoy your meal!
