Delicious and Creamy Bueno Cheesecake

Ingredients:

For the Crust:

  • 200g butter cookies
  • 50g ground hazelnuts
  • 60ml melted butter
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar (Blend everything together until finely mixed.)

For the Filling:

  • 500g quark (20% fat)
  • 300g cream cheese
  • 200ml cream
  • 200g sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 3 eggs

Additionally:

  • Hazelnut-milk cream
  • Kinder Bueno White

Baking Time: Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) in conventional mode for 45 minutes.
