Creamy Cheesecake with Caramel Fudge and Peanuts
Ingredients
- 7 ounces (200g) of graham crackers
- 3.5 tablespoons (50g) of melted butter
- 2.2 pounds (1kg) of cream cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding mix
- 1.7 ounces (50g) of melted butter
- 5.1 fluid ounces (150ml) of heavy cream
- 5.3 ounces (150g) of powdered sugar
- 5-6 tablespoons of caramel fudge
- A handful of peanuts
Instructions
- Crush the graham crackers and mix them with the melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan.
- In a bowl, blend the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla pudding mix, melted butter, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Dollop the caramel fudge onto the cheesecake batter and swirl gently with a knife.
- Sprinkle peanuts over the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 45-50 minutes.
- Let it cool, then chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
