Creamy Cheesecake with Caramel Fudge and Peanuts


  • 7 ounces (200g) of graham crackers
  • 3.5 tablespoons (50g) of melted butter
  • 2.2 pounds (1kg) of cream cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding mix
  • 1.7 ounces (50g) of melted butter
  • 5.1 fluid ounces (150ml) of heavy cream
  • 5.3 ounces (150g) of powdered sugar
  • 5-6 tablespoons of caramel fudge
  • A handful of peanuts


  1. Crush the graham crackers and mix them with the melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan.
  3. In a bowl, blend the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla pudding mix, melted butter, heavy cream, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  5. Dollop the caramel fudge onto the cheesecake batter and swirl gently with a knife.
  6. Sprinkle peanuts over the top.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 45-50 minutes.
  8. Let it cool, then chill in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
