DB SCOTCHEROOS (GF, Vegan, BS-free)

We made our own dreams come true by making a healthy version of our favorite treat….Scotcheroos! 🤩

This recipe was inspired by @choosingchia - all we did was swap the topping with our BROWNIE BATTER DIP.

 

 

DB SCOTCHEROOS (GF, Vegan, BS-free)

 

💗  3/4 cup brown rice syrup

💗  1/2 cup peanut butter (we LOVE @onceagainnutbutter and everything they stand for!)

💗  1 tsp vanilla extract

💗  1/4 tsp salt

💗  3 1/2 cups brown rice crisps (we found ours at @wholefoods)

💗  1 tub of DB Brownie Batter dip

  1. Melt brown rice syrup, peanut butter, vanilla & salt in a pot, mixing until fully combined.
  2. Remove from stove and stir in brown rice crisps.
  3. Press mixture into an 8x8 baking pan, lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze for 20 minutes
  5. Spread an entire tub of Brownie Batter on top. Cut & Serve! Keep refrigerated and enjoy within a few days.😋
