We made our own dreams come true by making a healthy version of our favorite treat….Scotcheroos! 🤩
This recipe was inspired by @choosingchia - all we did was swap the topping with our BROWNIE BATTER DIP.
DB SCOTCHEROOS (GF, Vegan, BS-free)
💗 3/4 cup brown rice syrup
💗 1/2 cup peanut butter (we LOVE @onceagainnutbutter and everything they stand for!)
💗 1 tsp vanilla extract
💗 1/4 tsp salt
💗 3 1/2 cups brown rice crisps (we found ours at @wholefoods)
💗 1 tub of DB Brownie Batter dip
- Melt brown rice syrup, peanut butter, vanilla & salt in a pot, mixing until fully combined.
- Remove from stove and stir in brown rice crisps.
- Press mixture into an 8x8 baking pan, lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze for 20 minutes
- Spread an entire tub of Brownie Batter on top. Cut & Serve! Keep refrigerated and enjoy within a few days.😋
