CHILLED VANILLA COCONUT ENERGY BALLS 🥥 (V, GF)

These energy balls make for the perfect snack on the go or for when you need a little pick-me-up in a pinch. Quick and easy to make, and still full of flavor.

Here's how we made these delicious cuties:⁠

CHILLED VANILLA COCONUT ENERGY BALLS 🥥 (V, GF)


Ingredients: ⁠
1 cup almond flour ⁠
1/2 cup flax meal ⁠
1 tablespoon chia seeds ⁠
1 ripe banana, mashed ⁠
1/2 cup cashew butter⁠
1/4 cup Creamy Vanilla Bean DELIGHTED BY⁠
1/4 cup dates, chopped⁠
1/4 cup almonds, chopped⁠
1/4 cup coconut shavings⁠


In a medium bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients and mix well. Roll into balls using your fingers (makes about 24!). ⁠


Next, roll them through the coconut shavings until they're evenly coated. ⁠

Pop'em in the fridge or freezer to chill, and then enjoy!⁠
