    So I realize that I never really talk about sugar, added sugars, how much sugar is too much sugar, and sugar alternatives. Here’s my STUFFED DATE 👉🏼 I sliced a medjool date to remove the pit, then added a spoon of @delightedbydesserthummus snickerdoodle hummus (made out of chickpeas & tahini but tastes like a cookie dough batter - I remember these guys from @sharktankabc so I wanted to give it a try) + chopped walnuts + @pbfit.official drizzle. On the side I had 1/2 sliced banana + @pbfit.official drizzle + cinnamon 👌🏼

    Who wants a piece of pie? This is no ordinary pie it is made with @delightedbydesserthummus. It is a guilt free dessert hummus and it’s INCREDIBLE. I was eating it by the spoonful. This pie is healthy, vegan, gluten free and incredibly yummy. The dessert hummus works so well as a filling and reminds me of a creamy, rich pudding. — Crust: 3 cups of oats 1/2 cup walnuts 1/3 cup maple syrup 1/3 cup of water Filling: @delightedbydesserthummus snickerdoodle +vanilla hummus (1 container of each) 1/4 almond milk 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 bananas top with fruit and coconut flakes — In a blender combine all the ingredients for the crust until you get a dough. Spread it with your hands to fill your pie tin. Then in a blender combine all the ingredients for the filling. I filled the crust with a layer of bananas first, then spread the filling on top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and then decorate with fruit and toppings of choice!
