Almond Chocolate Nougat

Ingredients

  • Leftover almond milk residue
  • Granola
  • Vanilla essence (I used Prozis custard essence)
  • Peanut butter
  • Melting chocolate
  • Pecans

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the almond milk residue, granola, vanilla essence, and peanut butter. Use your hands to blend until it forms a rustic dough. Press this mixture into the base of a removable mold and chill.
  2. Melt the chocolate and spread it over the prepared base. Sprinkle pecans or nuts of your choice on top. Chill it again.
  3. Unmold, cut into pieces, and savor the deliciousness! Nothing goes to waste here! Enjoy!
